Beacon of professionalism

We have recently completed the sale of  10 Westfield Gardens, Highcliffe on behalf of an elderly relative.  I had no hesitation in providing a 5-star Google review but, in addition, I would like to place on record my appreciation for the professional and personable manner in which Ross handled this case.  Right from the start when he visited to appraise the property through to the day of completion, I had total confidence in the way he conducted himself.  Like so many property transactions, we had a few challenges along the way, and there is no doubt that Ross played a very major role in clearing them.  On one occasion, when other “links in the chain” were found somewhat wanting, I described Ross to my wife as “a beacon of professionalism in a sea of mediocrity”.  It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and I wish him well in his career.
