Enthusiastic, proactive and helpful

After our mother died in the summer of last year, we put her lovely bungalow on the market, but were disappointed that the agent we chose was unable to sell it for us. In October 2021, we contacted Ross Nicholas and asked them to market it for us and I have to say, right from the start, their attitude towards our Mum’s property was quite different.  They were enthusiastic, proactive, helpful and understood how difficult it was for my sister and I to go through the sales process while still grieving the loss of our mother.

They kept us informed every step of the way, giving us feedback on viewings by telephone; they sorted out problems – we had a leak that needed fixing – by employing a local builder immediately to sort it out; they consulted us about potential offers and gave advice in a friendly, and very professional manner.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at Ross Nicholas – especially Harvey Squires who took exceptional care with and for us.   When we needed help they provided it; when we had doubts, they calmed us, and when we had a number of people wanting the bungalow, they researched their backgrounds and financial positions, so we didn’t have to worry, and now it’s sold, we are delighted and most grateful that we can move on, and hopefully our buyer will enjoy the bungalow and garden we have known for many years.
