I’m glad we chose this company to deal with

We are ‘non residents’ of the area, selling our recently departed parents’ home. Everyone at Ross Nicholas has been kind and helpful to us, and we have always felt ‘relaxed’ in the knowledge that they were acting totally professionally and diligently on our behalf. The initial visit from Ross was thorough, clear, reassuring and honest. Marketing was extremely swift, and 5 days after that initial visit, we had a buyer! Everyone in their team has been helpful, and kept us in touch throughout the somewhat protracted (not their fault) sale process. Special mention must go to Justin who has cheerfully fielded my grumbles and rants, especially over the last couple of weeks, and has gone to great lengths to get the sale through. Meter readings, help with house clearance etc have all been cheerfully offered. I have no hesitation in saying a huge “Thank you” to the team, and fully recommending them.
